Eastern & Co Proposal for Legal Consultancy Services

Regarding the legal and financial proposal, the following are the basic services and legal matters our firm commits to providing in relation to foreign investment in Egypt, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the Middle East, as follows:

Providing legal consultancy regarding economic activities in the United Arab Emirates.

Offering legal advice on the type of foreign investment license based on the company’s selected activities.

Representing our clients in the establishment and registration of a new company or branch of a foreign company.

Drafting the Articles of Association for the new company.

Providing legal advice regarding UAE laws and regulations, including corporate law and regulations related to the company’s activities.

Preparing all necessary powers of attorney for the company’s activities.

Eastern & Co Terms and Conditions

Legal Proposal Fees:

The total fees for our firm’s services as outlined in the detailed financial proposal are between AED 30,000 and AED 40,000, depending on the company’s license and activities.

The fees mentioned in this proposal do not include any governmental or non-governmental fees our firm may incur to complete the agreed-upon legal services and matters.

Our firm will issue an invoice for:

Monthly expenses related to the topics addressed concerning the services and matters specified in this proposal.

If an additional separate service is agreed upon, a separate invoice will be issued, and a 50% advance payment of the fees related to the separate legal services and matters must be made.

However, we reserve the right to issue invoices for any additional expenses, including, but not limited to, transportation costs, registration fees, other court fees, photocopying allowances, expenses incurred from traveling on behalf of the client, courier fees, parking fees, express mail, delivery charges, additional computer research charges within specified times, or other similar items when significant amounts are paid or expected to be incurred.

Duration:

The duration of this agreement is the period of establishment until the completion of the tasks assigned to our firm as outlined in this proposal.

Termination of Representation:

If you decide to terminate our services for any reason, our engagement will be considered completed upon written notice of termination. You will be obligated to compensate us for all time spent and to reimburse our firm for all expenses and costs incurred to perform the tasks assigned to us up to the termination date.
